Our Construction & Design Process
We begin with a comprehensive consultation to understand your vision and how your space will be used. We discuss activities, entertaining needs, wish lists, preferred styles, color schemes, plant preferences, sunlight requirements, soil types, and budget considerations — including maintenance expectations if you plan to care for the landscape yourself.
Once we have a clear picture, we move into the design phase. You receive a concept sketch outlining the initial vision. If approved, we progress to detailed 3D renderings of the master plan, bringing the design to life in a realistic and immersive way.
With the design finalized and your approval, we prepare a transparent estimate. Upon acceptance, we handle permits and schedule the build. Throughout construction, we maintain open communication about timelines and progress to ensure everything aligns with your expectations.
When the project is complete, you’ll receive a comprehensive maintenance plan outlining everything needed to keep the plants healthy and the landscape functional as intended — or we can provide a quote for ongoing care.
