Every project begins with a thoughtful initial design consultation. We meet with you to understand your vision and how your outdoor space will be used. We discuss how to work with your yard’s unique features, create usable areas for daily life, and plan for activities and entertaining — how many people you typically host, your wish list, preferred styles, colour schemes, and plant preferences. We also consider practical elements like sunlight requirements, soil types, your budget, and the amount of time available for maintenance (whether you’ll care for it yourself or prefer ongoing support). Once we’ve covered these details, we move into the design phase. You’ll receive a concept sketch outlining the vision. If approved, we progress to detailed 3D renderings of the master plan, bringing the design to life in a realistic and immersive way. With the design finalized and your approval, we prepare a transparent estimate. Upon acceptance, we handle permits and schedule the build. Throughout construction, we maintain open communication about timelines and progress to ensure everything aligns with your expectations. When the project is complete, you’ll receive a comprehensive maintenance plan outlining everything needed to keep the plants healthy and the landscape functional as intended, or we can provide a quote for us to handle ongoing care.
